"We teamed up with Red Tag Fitness for our new facility build. From day one I was impressed with how approachable and attentive to our vision Red Tag Fitness was. When walking through the space and throwing around ideas it was very apparent Red Tag had a wealth of knowledge.

We are situated at a ski resort with a diverse longterm and transient population. We wanted to create a space that was open and inviting while not being intimidating. Not only did the staff of Red Tag know their equipment but they really nailed the goal of having everything that the first time gym goer to the seasoned athlete could appreciate, without crowding the floor plan.

They were able to kit the place out with everything from the rubber flooring, turf, cardio machines, free weights and strength machines. When it came time for the install his team was fast, efficient and tidy.

You would think once the facility was all set up and we opened the doors that the customer service would be done. This has not been the case! With the on going quarterly service and readily available for advice on continued growth, the Red Tag team continue to impress.

I have no hesitation recommending Red Tag Fitness for general small equipment to full facility build up and everything in-between!"

"I am writng this in regards to my experience with Red Tag Fitness. I have worked with them in the past for my equipment needs both for in home and a facility I was running in Kamloops, Kamloops Fit Centre.

With selling of that business and a move to the Vernon area, I was asked by a group to run a facility similar to what I had in Kamloops. I knew right away the people I needed to help me fill my space and that was Red Tag Fitness. Reg Tag listens and learns what your vision and model of what your clientele would look like. They start basic and simple; they don't oversell, and they know what would be the best equipment for the amount of people using it. That is invaluable in itself, as I was just going from what I had before. But the space is different with size and shape. They provided me with a floor plan and how everything would look and flow.

Then everything goes into moton, from delivery to set-up. They are professional, fast and efficient. The service doesn't stop there, they check in see how things are going, over the phone troubleshooƟng and a maintenance of equipment schedule – this is my favourite part then I know everything is top notch and safe.
