The last thing you need is the worry of setting up your new equipment or trying to get it fixed if something goes wrong. That's why at Red Tag Fitness, we have built our reputation on service; both before and after you have purchased your product. We offer full on-site delivery and set-up on any equipment purchased. We coordinate the logistics if shipping is involved and on smaller orders utilize our full-size delivery truck. Our team will move the equipment in, assemble, fully test and remove all waste as the build is complete. We then will provide basic use training and general maintenance to your staff so they can instruct patrons on use.

Past installation we offer complete after sale parts & service should problems arise. Whether covered under warranty or not, our service techs are fully certified with many of the major brands in the industry and have years of experience servicing all makes and models. No need to worry about coordinating with a third-party repair company. We can provide preventative maintenance contracts and schedules which we always highly recommend as it saves the facilities costs in the long run vs out of warranty repairs and parts.
